Tracking system development and implementation for planning progress and batch reporting. Integration of contractor schedules into IMS. We utilized prioritized leveling on this project. The TAR came in within 5% of budgeted cost and labor forecasts.

Also, ensuring all work order numbers are correctly captured and assigned to their respective work packages.  Dealing directly with client and contractor to ensure work scope, durations, and resources are captured in schedule.
